- 8 Aalu (madhyam pieces mein lijiye)
- 2 Tamatar ( Barik kate huye)
- 4 Piyaaj ( Barik kate huye)
- Hara Matar (1 Bowl)
- Hara mirchi ( 4,5 kaliyan)
- Lahsun (8,10 kaliyan)
- Hara dhaniya (Barik kata hua)
- Sarso ka tel (2 Badi chammach)
- Jeera (1 chhoti chammach)
- Namak (Sawadanusar)
- Haldi Powder (1 Tea- spoon)
- Dhaniya Powder (2 Tea- spoon)
- Laal Mirchi Powder (1 Tea- spoon)
- Garam masala Powder (1 Tea- spoon)
Aalu Matar ki Sabji Recipe in Hindi (आलू मटर की सब्जी बनाने की विधि)
- Sabse pahle aap aalon ko bariki se kaat le, fir matar ko chheel le.Piyaaj, Tamatar, Hari Mirchi, Lahsun,ko mixi me daal kar pest bana le.
- Aab aap Gas ko ON kar le, fir gas par kadahi chadhaye. Kadahi ke garam ho jane par aap usme tel dale.Tel ke garam ho jane ke bad usme jeera dale auhode se kate huye lahsun ke tukde ko dale, unke laal hone par piyaaj, tamatar lahsun aur mirchi ka bana hua pest dale aur fir use laal hone tak pakaye.
- Pake huye pest mein namak (sawadanusar), haldi powder, dhaniya powder, laal mirchi powder dale,use thodi 5-10minute tak pakaye. Is pake huye masale mein matar ko dale. matar ko thodi der tak dhak kar rakh de, jb tak matar acchi tarah pak na jaye.use thodi der ke bad dhakan ko hata kar chalaye.
- Matar ke pakne ke bad usme thoda pani dale aur fir aalu dal kar 10-15 minute tak pakaye. Fir usme hari dhaniya kaat kar dale.
- Aapki aasan aur acche tarike se banayi huyi garma-garam aalu matar ki majedar sabji tyar hai.
