
Hello friends, Barfi toh aapne bahut si khayi hogi. Lekin aap shakarkand ki Barfi Recipe in Hindi pahli baar padh rahe honge, jo aapko padhane aur dekhane mein bahut hi swadist lag rahi hogi. Aap is recipe ko bana kar jaroor aajamaye. Jo aapko bahut hi sawadist lagne wali hain. Sakarkand ki Barfi ki Recipe ham shuru karte hain.
shakarkand ki barfi ke liye aavashayak samagari:-
- 250 gram Shakarkand (chhote-chhote pieces mein lijiye)
- 1/2 Cup Dhudh (Milk) (Ubla huya)
- 250 Gram Khoya/ Mawa
- 250 Gram Sugar
- 50 Gram Desi ghee
- Kesar ( 1 Chutaki)
- 20 Gram Chiraunji
- 20 Gram Kishmish
Shakarkand ki Barfi banane ki Vidhi:-
- Aap pahle shakarkand ko aadha liter pani (Water) mein dal kar pakayiye. Jab shakarkand galne lage toh use pani mein se nikal kar cheel lijiye. Aur kaddukas karke rakh lijiye.
- Dhudh (Milk) mein kesar ko dalkar rakhein. Kishmish ko chhota-chhota kaat kar rakh lo.
- Aab aap Gas ko ON kar lijiye, ON karne ke bad aap uspar kadahi chadhaye aur kadahi ke garam hone par aap usmein Desi ghee dal kar garam kar lijiye. Aur shakarkand ko dal kar dheemi (halki) aanch par 10 minute tak bhun (fry) kar le.
- Shakarkand bhun jane ke bad aap usi kadahi mein kishmish aur chiraunji dale, saath hi usmein khoya/mawa aur cheeni (sugar) ko dal kar dheemi aanch par pakate rahe. Jab tak sharkand mein achchhi tarah se ghul jaye.
- Jab ghul jaye, tab aap usmein dhudh (milk) dal kar achchhi tarah pakaye.
- Aab is mixer ko gaadha hone par plate mein charon taraf se ghee laga le, taki mixer chipke nahi, fir ise usi plate mein dal kar faila lijiye, ise thodi der thanda hone ke liye chhod dijye.
- Mixer ke thanda ho jane ke bad aap ise aapne anusar pieces mein kaat lijye, Aur aapne family ke sath shakarkand se bani is swadist shakardand ki Barfi ka ananad uthayiye.
