- 1/2 Cup Mungfali ke Dane
- Tel (2-3 Bade Chammach)
- Kari Patta (10/12 nag)
- Bheegi chana Daal (2 Bade Chammach) (Roasted)
- Kishmish (2 Bade Chammach)
- Kaju (10-15)
- Sukha Nariyal (Coconut) (2 Bade Chammach Barik kata huya)
- Cheeni (1 Chhota Chammach)
- 2/3 Hari Mirch (Barik kata huya)
- Haldi Powder (1/4 Chhota Chammach)
- Rayi (1/4 Chhota Chammach)
- Namak (Swadanusar) (1/2 chhota chammach)
- 1 Bada Nimboo (Lemon)
Poha Namkeen Banane ki Vidhi:-
- Sabse pahle aap pohe ko chhan, binkar achchhi tarah se saaf kar lijiye.
- Aab aap pohe ko oven wale bartan mein rakh kar 2 minute ke liye microwave kar lijiye. Yadi apke paas microwave nhi hain to aap kadhahi me 2 chhote chammach tel dalkar roast kar lijiye.
- Roast karne ke bad pohe ko kisi plate mein nikal kar rakhein.
- Ab ek kadahi me 2 chhote chammach tel dalkar Kate hue nariyal ke tukade, bheegi hui chana daal, mungfali ke dane aur kaju ko bari- bari se roasted karenge. Aur ek side me rakh lenge
- Ab kadhai ke bahe huye tel yadi tel kam hain to aap 2 chhote chammach aur dal sakte hain, ab tel mein rayi dalenge, rayi ke chitkane ke bad aap ismein hari mirch, kari patta, aur kishmish dalkar achchhi tarah mix kar lijiye.
- In sabhi ko achchhi tarah kuch second tak bhunne dijiye, bhunne ke bad ismein namak (swadanusar) aur cheeni ko bhi mila lijiye.
- Aab aapka mixer tyaar hain. Aab is tyaar mixer mein roasted kiye huye pohe ko achchhi tarah mila lijiye, fir thanda hone ke bad pohe ke upar nimboo ko kaat kar chhidak lijiye.
- Aab aapka namkeen poha tyaar hain. Aap ise naste mein lijiye aur is namkeen pohe ka aanand uthayiye.
- Aap poha thanda hone ke bad aap airtight dibbe mein bhi rakh sakte hain. Subha naste aur sham ki chai ke sath le sakte hain.
